In march 2025, we were approached by @adidasgermany to collaborate on a creative workshop as part of their pop-up event with @anteberlin—centered around the lightweight and performance-driven adizero evo SL. After extensive testing and experimentation, we landed on a concept that focused on bold, expressive color variations, with many designs incorporating gradient dye effects that gave each pair a dynamic, energetic feel. The goal was to explore the intersection of performance and personal expression through color. On April 5–6, we brought that vision to life in a hands-on workshop where participants were invited to customize their own evo SL using a specially developed dye technique. The entire setup was designed to make the process intuitive and engaging, allowing people to create their own unique results in just 5 to 10 minutes—no prior experience needed. As part of the activation, 35 pre-dyed pairs in the signature ANTE pink were worn during the Saturday morning community shakeout run, creating a striking visual moment and tying together design, sport, and community in a powerful way. All the pairs featured throughout the activation—including those shown here—are part of the sampling and testing phase that took place in the weeks prior to the event. Each one represents an iteration, an idea explored, and a step toward the final experience.

This project was built around the process itself. From the first concept to the final stitch, every element of the Mizuno MXR Kakishibu was curated with intention—offering the community a behind-the-scenes look into the meticulous world of artisanal shoemaking. At its heart lies the philosophy of “storytelling through craftsmanship.” In this exclusive collaboration, traditional techniques meet a modern visual language. The MXR Kakishibu pays homage to Mizuno’s rich heritage while pushing the boundaries of what handcrafted footwear can be. Each pair is individually hand-dyed, creating subtle, organic variations in color that make every shoe truly one-of-a-kind. A highlight of the design is the incorporation of fabric made from fermented persimmons—kakishibu—used at two points on the shoe. This material not only adds character and texture but also speaks to a deep respect for natural dyeing processes and Japanese craft tradition. Chainstitch detailing and thoughtfully selected laces further enhance the artisanal quality of the design, adding both durability and refined aesthetics. With only a limited number of pairs released, this drop stands as a celebration of heritage, precision, and timeless design.

As part of a seasonal activation on the adidas Confirmed app, we had the opportunity to bring a Halloween-inspired vision to life through a custom reinterpretation of the iconic adidas Country Japan silhouette. The concept drew inspiration from the fluid, haunting forms of ghostly figures—soft, shifting, and atmospheric. These visual cues were translated into the shoe's design through the use of layered, vintage materials. Each pair was crafted using hand-selected thrifted fabrics, pieced together in a patchwork that echoed the eclectic, DIY spirit of Halloween costumes. No two shoes were alike—each one a collage of textures, patterns, and stories from garments past. To further blur the line between streetwear and formalwear, a detachable tassel made from matching patchwork material was added, offering versatility and a touch of handcrafted elegance. The base color of the shoe was carefully hand-dyed in a sail tone, giving the piece a subtle, timeworn aesthetic. Lightly faded laces completed the look, enhancing the vintage-inspired character of the final design. Alongside the launch, users of the adidas Confirmed app were invited to participate in a Halloween-themed game. Winners were given the chance to secure one of these limited custom pairs—making the project not only a creative exercise, but also an interactive, community-driven experience. This collaboration brought together storytelling, sustainability, and craft—bridging tradition and innovation in a way that celebrates both the festive and the timeless.

Crafted exclusively to honor Toni Kroos' retirement To mark the legacy of one of football’s greats, two bespoke footwear designs were created in tribute to Toni Kroos: the TKpro Lux Slipper and the TKpro Adilette. The TKpro Lux Slipper features a distinctive rear quarter cut in the upper, finished with soft leather binding for a refined silhouette. A black leather insole with clean white trim sits atop a full leather sole and heel, all handcrafted in Germany. Multiple layers of foam padding provide enhanced comfort, while a golden TKpro embroidery detail adds a final, elegant touch. The TKpro Adilette pays homage to the iconic adidas 11pro, incorporating recognizable elements from the original boot into its strap design. The reverse side of the strap is lined with a soft neoprene-cotton blend for added comfort. Like the slipper, it is also finished with the new TKpro embroidery, reinforcing the connection to Toni Kroos’ signature style. These limited pieces reflect craftsmanship, heritage, and a deep appreciation for the career of a true football legend.

As part of an exclusive collaboration with adidas, three iconic football boot models – the Copa, F50, and Predator – were reimagined for urban wear. The project involved customizing the FG (Firm Ground) versions of these silhouettes with special outsoles designed specifically for street use. Both the black and white colorways of the original boots were reinterpreted, with premium leather accents enhancing their aesthetic and functionality for off-pitch environments. Selected participants were invited to adidas’ Home of Football in Berlin for an immersive, hands-on workshop experience. Over the course of three hours, they were given the opportunity to personalize their modified pairs in a creative space, where a wide range of materials and accessories were available. From adding pearls and charms to stitching in unique fabrics, participants were guided through various customization techniques, allowing them to make each pair truly their own. This workshop was not just about design – it was about turning each participant’s personal vision into a one-of-a-kind creation.

The concept behind this project was to reinterpret the classic Dice Lo with a refined flair, blending elegance and organic design elements. Inspired by ethereal dresses and the transparency of curtains, lace appliqués flow gracefully across the mesh, mimicking the delicate form of branches and leaves. Each piece is carefully secured with off-white stitching, while gold-stamped logos remain visible to preserve the brand’s identity. The minimalist palette, combined with precise detailing, reflects a curated, trend-conscious aesthetic. As part of this collaboration, I also developed two additional assets that offer a deeper look into the early stages of the creative process. These visuals include initial sketches and moodboards, providing insight into the direction and tone that ultimately shaped the project, allowing viewers to understand the evolution from concept to final design.

As part of the Terrace Culture campaign by Adidas Originals, I had the honor of hosting an exclusive workshop at Orno Café. Participants were invited to creatively customize their footwear using a variety of techniques and materials, allowing them to express their individuality and embrace the DIY spirit of terrace culture. The event was a celebration of personal style and creative expression, deeply rooted in the culture’s rich heritage. In addition to the hands-on experience, a curated selection of my previous projects was exhibited in the entrance area of the café, offering visitors a deeper look into my creative process and past work. To further emphasize the theme of terrace culture, I also designed three exclusive pairs of sneakers in advance, which were showcased at the café during the event. These custom designs, under the theme Past, Present, Future, reimagined three terrace-inspired silhouettes to reflect the diversity, history, and forward-thinking spirit of the culture. The event was a perfect blend of craftsmanship, community, and the timeless energy of terrace culture.

In an exclusive collaboration with HIDDEN & ASICS, the GT-2160 silhouette has been thoughtfully reinterpreted through a handcrafted process and finished in a refined Crystal Pine colorway. Each pair is individually dyed and detailed, resulting in a unique expression of the design—no two pairs are exactly alike. Subtle yet distinctive branding elements elevate the design: a small ⓗ on the left shoe, the signature Hidden font applied to the lateral sides, and custom-made pine green flag labels underscore the bespoke nature of this release. To authentically capture the spirit and craftsmanship behind the project, a comprehensive videographic and photographic campaign was produced. The imagery presented below forms part of this visual narrative, offering an intimate look at the making of the “Crystal Pine 0.5.”

Introducing the Asics GEL-NYC KB to NY, a special collaboration between @jwstudios, @sneakmart, and @asics_sportstyle that beautifully merges cultural heritage with cutting-edge innovation. The shoe draws inspiration from the journey of ASICS, founded in 1949 in Kobe, Japan, and traces its path to New York City, a global center of streetwear and hip-hop culture. The design of the shoe reflects this cultural fusion: the rich brown leather, reminiscent of the autumn hues of Kobe, creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Traditional Boro fabrics, used on the lateral logos, are crafted from three different textiles, with creamy white hemp fragments paying homage to the meticulous craftsmanship of Japan. The midsole and outsole, in asphalt grey, evoke the urban streets of New York, while a subtle yellow accent adds an elegant touch. The shoe is completed with sophisticated cream cord laces, enhancing the overall refined aesthetic. Each pair is unique, with subtle variations in the leather and fabric, ensuring no two are exactly alike. Inside, dark grey zigzag stitching highlights the precision and artistry synonymous with Japanese craftsmanship. To celebrate this remarkable collaboration, a private Friends & Family dinner took place on Friday evening, offering an exclusive preview of the shoe. On Sunday, guests were invited to enjoy a specially curated menu inspired by the shoe, alongside a raffle offering the chance to secure a pair. This event marked the perfect blend of culture, cuisine, and design, further amplifying the collaboration’s story.

Drawing inspiration from Asian street culture, I designed a unique pair of shoes that fuse the refined aesthetic of preppy style with bold elements rooted in urban Asian fashion. This custom project was based on the newly introduced “PreppyROOS” silhouette, which served as the perfect canvas for a fresh and innovative concept. At the heart of the design is a handcrafted patchwork pattern, made using vintage and hand-dyed Chinese Batik fabric remnants. These intricate details were carefully integrated into the toebox and tongue, using a variety of stitching techniques to bring texture and storytelling into the design. To complement the patchwork, I selected two shades of grey suede leather, assembling each panel by hand and highlighting the structure with contrasting white zigzag seams. The Vibram Morflex sole was hand-dyed and given a distressed finish to further emphasize a vintage-inspired look. For added comfort, the pair includes extra padding in both the tongue and quarter areas. As a final statement detail, Italian cracked leather was chosen for the tassels, offering a striking contrast and refined edge. The look is completed with grey flat laces. This one-of-a-kind creation is a celebration of creative expression, merging elegance with cultural edge – all while showcasing meticulous craftsmanship rooted in Germany.
