XT-6 "Matcha Fusion"

This pair features the Salomon XT-6 Expanse, fully reimagined in a refined Sage Green tone, bringing a fresh and cohesive aesthetic to the silhouette. In a unique material update, the mesh sections on the toebox and quarter panels have been replaced with premium wooly suede sourced from @opera_tannery, chosen specifically to emulate the soft, powdered texture of matcha.

Drawing inspiration from the harmony of a matcha fusion drink, the design follows a rich green, brown, and cream color palette. The heel mesh areas have been dyed a deep coffee brown, adding warmth and contrast, while the midsole is split to reflect the layers of a blended beverage: the upper portion in a soft sail shade to mimic milk, and the lower part in a rich brown, complementing the espresso undertones.

This custom delivers a perfect balance of texture, tone, and theme—fusing craftsmanship with a flavor-inspired concept.
